From May 1998 to March 2002, Frankie collaborated with Industrial and Vocational Training Board (IVTB), Republic of Mauritius to design, develop, customise and facilitate Corporate Learning, Coaching and Consulting Assignments in The Practice of Knowledge Management (POKM), Training Management and Corporate Planning.
